The Space

Step into the master bedroom and be greeted by the luxurious comfort of a super king bed, accompanied by an adjoining en suite bathroom. Wake up to the gentle rays of sunlight streaming through the windows, offering tranquil views of the garden and fields beyond. Two additional bedrooms feature sumptuous king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom offers a cozy double bed, each adorned with plush bedding for a restful night’s sleep.

For those blending work with pleasure, a separate office space awaits, complete with a desk and a comfortable chair, providing a quiet corner to focus and be productive.

The heart of the home lies in the expansive open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area. Whip up culinary delights in the fully-equipped kitchen, boasting modern appliances including a dishwasher and a large American-style fridge/freezer. Share laughter and stories around the dining table, or unwind in the inviting sitting area.

For a cosier feel, guests can retire to the lounge which is equipped with a log burning stove and board games for those special nights in.

Entertainment options abound with smart TVs in the lounge, master bedroom, and sitting area, each loaded with Sky and Netflix, ensuring endless viewing pleasure for guests of all ages.

Outside guests can sit and watch the sun go down in the sizeable garden while sharing a bottle of wine.

Reaching out from the market square are small streets and snickets that are home to the eclectic and specialist shops for which Ripon is so loved. Amongst them are cafes and pubs, offering refreshment and home cooked food throughout the day.

This city’s history is entwined with the church, both due to the cathedral in Ripon city centre and its proximity to the nearby Fountains Abbey.
