From the first conversation we were impressed with their professionalism and the honest conversations on what we should expect with SA in Harrogate. We were convinced there and then that they were the right team for us. Not only did they agree to manage the property once it was ready, they also agreed to project manage the refurb. The refurb turned into a bit of a nightmare due to a rogue builder we had appointed that Steve had to manage. We eventually walked the builder off site and Steve had more reliable people ready to start the work for us.
Kate and Zena handled the interior decorating giving us lots of ideas and always consulting us on designs, colour schemes and prices.
At all times there was honest and open communication so we never felt that the project was running away from us.
Since the property has gone live, they have been so innovative with the marketing and management of the property that we have bookings until July 2023.
