Welcome to The Woodlands, Harrogate, a beautifully styled and spacious 3 bedroom basement apartment. Ideally situated within a short walk from Harrogate’s swanky bars and restaurants as well as the Convention Centre and the infamous Betty’s Tea Rooms. Whatever your reason for coming to Harrogate, The Woodlands is the perfect basecamp for exploring.

After parking your car in the property’s allocated parking spot, you will enter via the front door whereby you will be confronted by the apartments large hallway. Turning left, you will first be met by the Sitting Room which contains two comfortable sofas and a 55″ smart TV with Netflix pre-loaded, Ideal for relaxing and catching up on your favourite boxsets after a day of sightseeing.

Next to the Living Area you will see the most unique room of the home, a small snug complete with it’s own smart tv, wall mounted Connect 4 game and a sofa bed to accommodate a 6th guest.

Turning right through the front door you will be met by the Kitchen / Dining area. Fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay including a large oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and a washing / drying machine.

Heading down the hallway you will first come across the main bedroom with its own smart TV, en suite, walk in wardrobe and luxurious double bed.

Next to this is bedroom 2, which houses another comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a hanging rail for the convenience of our guests.

Further down the hallway you will find bedroom 3, which houses a single bed, hanging rail and its own toilet / wash basin.

Next to bedroom 3, you will find the family bathroom which contains a bath, separate shower, toilet and basin.

The property is covered by a mesh WIFI system to allow better coverage.

Outside there is allocated parking directly outside of the property for either two smaller cars or one larger vehicle.

The Area

Morgan’s Retreat is situated on the outskirts of town allowing guests to avoid heavy traffic and its just 1.3 miles to Harrogate Pavillions and the Yorkshire Show ground, 1.1 miles from Harrogate Hospital and just 2.1 miles to the Harrogate Convention Centre.

Harrogate is the definitive boutique spa town in the heart of Yorkshire. Its thriving streets buzz with busy Harrogate shops and eateries. An eclectic cultural scene of events is interspersed among many popular consumer shows and the spa heritage that can be seen at every turn.

Possibly the most distinctive feature of Harrogate is its vast open space that surrounds the town centre, known locally as the Stray, at 200 acres this gives Harrogate town centre a green and spacious feel unique to the town.

Born through a boom in Spa tourism during the Victorian 1800s Harrogate quickly developed a reputation for luxurious getaways for body and soul. The high society of the Victorian Britain flocked to Harrogate to enjoy the air, the space and the therapeutic spa treatments as well as taking the famous Harrogate waters.

This reputation continues to be well deserved. Modern day Harrogate is the go-to destination for relaxation and indulgence, synonymous with quality shopping and afternoon tea.

The Spa history continues to shape the town with several superb spas, including the original Turkish Baths in the iconic Royal Baths building in the centre of town.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

Keys to the property are stored in a lock box and the code with be provided to the guest on the morning of check-in.

There is allocated parking directly outside of the apartment (enough for two smaller vehicles)
