Berry’s Loft – Knaresborough

Kist Accommodates is proud to introduce Berry’s Loft, a stunning top floor duplex apartment in the centre of Knaresborough vibrant high street. This beautifully presented apartment has been newly renovated and fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy a trip both for business or pleasure.

The Space

Upon entering the apartment, you will first discover the fully equipped Kitchen, which houses an array of integrated appliances such as dishwasher, fridge/freezer and oven along with all the other items you would expect in a home from home such as microwave, toaster, kettle, and Tassimo coffee machine.

Next to the kitchen you will find the first bedroom which has two comfortable single beds (which can combined to make a super-king bed with at a weeks notice of your stay)

To the right of the Kitchen, you will find bedroom 2, a large spacious area overlooking the bustling Knaresborough high street. This room has a super-king bed, hanging rail and drawers. This bed can also be split to make two single beds (with advanced notice as above). We have also positioned a bistro table and chairs by the window so guests can sit and watch the world go by while enjoying their morning coffee.

Next to this room is the living / dining area which contains two stylish sofas, dining table (both of which seat 6) and a 55″ smart TV with Netflix preloaded to allow you to binge watch all of your favourite box sets after a long day of sight seeing.

On this floor, guests will also find the main bathroom. A fully tiled wet room with rainfall shower, sink and basin.

Moving up to the second floor, guests are greeted with an impressive open plan master suite with exposed beams, a dressing area, comfy seating and its own lavish en-suite with toilet, basin and roll top bath.

This apartment is not only beautifully styled but is extremely practical, making it the perfect choice for your next visit to North Yorkshire.

The Area

Knaresborough is full of surprises, a warren of medieval streets and stone staircases that weave their way up and down the hill. The town centre is perched on the cliffs above the River Nidd and the imposing railway viaduct across the Nidd Gorge offers an amazing view to visitors as they arrive by train.

There are plenty of things to do in Knaresborough all year round. The market place in the centre of the town offers a great place to enjoy a cup of tea or something delicious and home baked. On a Wednesday stalls fill the market place offering tasty produce, wholefoods, plants and flowers, as well as pretty much anything else you can imagine, in the ever-popular Knaresborough Market.

At the base of the cliffs on which the town sits, you will find a delightful promenade that traps the sun in summer, with a coastal feel despite being more than 60 miles from the sea making a great place to enjoy an ice-cream or indulge in the tradition English pastime of ‘simply mucking about in boats’.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

Keys to the property are stored in a lock box and the code with be provided to the guest on the morning of check-in.
