The ground floor offers a generous dining room with seating for six, ideal for relaxed meals or working together, alongside a cosy living room featuring a large wall-mounted Smart TV for evenings in.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons, providing everything needed for short breaks or longer stays.

Upstairs, the property offers three well-appointed bedrooms: a twin bedroom, a king bedroom and a spacious master bedroom complete with its own en-suite bathroom.

A stylish family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms and includes both a bathtub and a separate shower, offering flexibility for all guests.

High-speed internet is available throughout the property, with routers installed on each floor to ensure strong and reliable coverage in every room.

To the rear of the house is a private yard, which will feature outdoor seating from spring onwards — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding after a day exploring Harrogate.

There is temporary on-street parking available directly outside the property to help with unloading your bags and there are long stay car parks located close by. Full details provided upon booking.
