The Space

You enter Moor View on the ground floor into a private entrance foyer. From here, the staircase leads you up to the main living accommodation on the first floor. The first floor is the heart of the property, where you’ll find a bright and welcoming open-plan living, kitchen and dining area.

The open-plan layout creates a relaxed and sociable space where everyone can spend time together. Settle down in the living area after a day exploring, enjoy breakfast or dinner around the dining table, or make use of the well-equipped kitchen if you fancy an evening at home. Also on this floor is a convenient separate WC.

Just off the kitchen, doors lead out onto Moor View’s private terrace balcony. Furnished with a small bistro table and chairs, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee, sit outside with a glass of wine or simply enjoy a little fresh air.
Continue upstairs to the second floor, where you’ll find the property’s two bedrooms.

The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, making the property ideal for couples, small families or friends travelling together. Also on this floor is a separate modern bathroom, conveniently positioned to serve both bedrooms.

The Area

One of the best things about staying at Moor View is its fantastic location. You’ll have the convenience of Ilkley town centre close at hand, while the beautiful Yorkshire countryside is never far away.

Ilkley is renowned for its excellent collection of independent shops, cafés, restaurants, traditional pubs and bars, making it easy to head out for breakfast, enjoy a leisurely lunch or spend an evening discovering some of the town’s excellent places to eat and drink.

For walkers and outdoor enthusiasts, Ilkley Moor is within easy reach. Explore the famous Cow and Calf rocks, follow the many walking trails across the moor and take in the wonderful views over Ilkley and Wharfedale.

Moor View is also perfectly placed for exploring further afield. Bolton Abbey, Addingham, Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales all make fantastic days out, with some of Yorkshire’s most impressive countryside just a short journey away.

Ilkley railway station also provides convenient connections towards Leeds and Bradford, making the property a great choice whether you’re arriving by car or public transport.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.

There is a lockbox at the property and the access code will be issued to guests 3 days before check-in.
