Bewerley Riding Centre is ABRS approved and has British Horse Society registered instructors meaning they are able to give horse riding lessons to adults and children of all ages and abilities. This museum in Pateley Bridge in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales has eleven rooms covering all aspects of Nidderdale life in the past.The Nidderdale Museum displays include a complete cobbler’s shop, Victorian sitting-room and kitchen, school room, general store, joiner’s shop and solicitor’s office with displays devoted to religious and domestic life, costume, transport, agriculture, industry, workhouse and courthouse.
