A refundable security deposit of £300 is required for all stays. This deposit is collected on our behalf by Charge Automation prior to your arrival and is securely held for the duration of your stay. It will be returned in full after departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection and no damage, excessive cleaning, or breaches of house rules.
